How do I order the labels?
All orders will have to be place through the website to ensure accuracy of details. Please call us at +971 4 360 3555 if you have any questions on placing the order.

Can I include IOS or Android emoji's on the labels?
We can only print texts on the labels so emoji’s will not be displayed on the final product.
What is the maximum limit for text characters?
Printing a long name on the labels will make the text too small, so we recommend 12 to 15 characters maximum so names would be clear on the labels.
Do you have labels for adults?
We offer an Adults & Seniors Pack to cater to adults’ needs, too! We, adults, need help getting organized as much as the kids do.
Can I make a custom order?
Please send your customer inquiries to sales@mylabels.ae, please include all the details of your order so we can help you better.

Do you offer Arabic characters?
We do print Arabic characters on the labels.
Are the labels durable?
Yes, our waterproof labels are dishwasher and microwave safe so you are free to stick them on a lot of things that are smooth, flat, and dry. Our iron on labels are washing machine and dryer safe. Our labels are made with the kid’s environments in mind so our labels our made with high quality material to cater to that requirement.
Here are some tips to make the labels last longer:
Waterproof labels
-Stick the labels properly; pat the sticker adding a little pressure on it for a good 15 seconds. Make sure that there are no air bubbles underneath and that the edges of the stickers are sticking flat on the surface.
-Pick a spot where it isn’t usually getting touched or scratched, like the bottom of the bottle or the lunch box, top end of the pen, blunt side of the blades of the scissors, etc. This will help keep the stickers in place, and will help protect the print or the ink on the stickers as well.
Iron On Labels
-Make sure that you apply them on washed and dry clothes, remove any debris on the surface of the fabric that you want to stick it on.
-Upon application of the labels, wait for 48 hours before putting the clothes into the washing machine or the dryer to get the label to fully stick to the cloth.
Your labels’ life span still depends on how they’ll be used on a daily basis, but there’s no harm in doing the extra steps to make the labels last a little longer.

What are your accepted payment methods?

What is a CVN - Credit Card Verification Number?
CVN is a three-digit security number that usually appears on the back of your credit or debit card. Sometimes called a card security code or card verification value, it provides extra protection against fraud.
When asked for your CVN, be sure to enter it properly or
your payment might not be successful.
CVNs can appear in different spots on each card. Often, you can find your CVN on the back of your card, near or next to the area where you can add your signature. Some cards show it on the front, near your account number.
Why am I getting a security message that prevents me from placing the order?
It is possible that you are using an outdated browser. Please update your browser to the newest version to process your payment. For security reasons, our website will refuse to process for users that are using outdated web browsers.
Is my personal information protected?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
Where do I enter my Groupon Voucher Code?
No need to enter the code, just upload the Groupon Voucher on your order and we will be the one to redeem.
When will I receive my order?
Processing time is 3-4 working days, exclusive of shipping period.

Courier may take 1 or 2 days after picking up the order from our shop to deliver the order to your doorstep. Courier will contact you to schedule delivery. If you want to track you order but the courier didn’t provide the tracking number, feel free to contact us and ask for the tracking number.

Can I change my order?
As long as the price matches to the price of the order replacement, and the order has not been processed yet. Please call us at +971 4 360 3555 so we can check the status of order.

Can I change my shipping address even when order has been placed?
As long as the order has not been shipped yet, we can assist you with the shipping address change. Please send in your request within 24 hours of the time your order was placed as we try to dispatch the orders as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched to the courier, we are not able to change the shipping information.
What is your return policy?
Once a product is customized it will not be returned or exchanged. If we have made a mistake on your order, we will reprint and ship the replacements at no charge.
Can I still remove the Iron-On Labels from the fabric?
Because iron-on are for clothes, they are designed to endure machine wash and machine dry. Iron on Labels are permanent and you will not be able to remove them once you’ve ironed them on the clothes.
